If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order.

When returning your order, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We therefore advise you to send your return shipment with track & trace so that you have proof of shipment. We guarantee that you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 2 weeks, provided the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

• We deliberately do not use a return form to avoid wasting unnecessary paper.
